Oh man, I’d completely forgotten how ace this film clip is. That part where he leaps for joy in his puffy shirt as he frees the beautiful bird that’s caught inside his heart, and all those amazing helicopter pan shots of him passionately piss bolting through ankle-deep water on a sand bar… it’s the 80’s Australian dream, and it’s here for your viewing pleasure. I am a little concerned for the woman in the clip, however. She seems to be quite, quite thin (although it’s difficult to see with all those puffy clothes, but her face is very bony) and she’s rolling around fully clothed in the water… I’m thinking pneumonia may have been a factor in her huskiness.
